We are a Swedish couple, 50+, living in a small village in the countryside in southern Sweden, in a very quiet area with deep forests for walking, biking, picking berries or mushrooms, and with many nice lakes for swimming, fishing and canoeing. We can offer our house for exchange, OR our small apartment in southern Spain. The choice is yours!

About our house in Sweden
Modern house, 130 sqm in a small countryside village (3-400 inhabitants) with great surroundings, with lovely nature and attractions all year round. In summer canoeing, fishing and swimming in lakes, in autumn taking walks in big forests and picking mushrooms, in winter skiing at "Isaberg", south Swedens biggest ski-resort only four kilometres from our house. www,isaberg.com
Also 4 kilometres to Isaberg golf course www.isaberggolf.com, with 36 holes (2x18 holes).
In our house we have two fixed beds (twin-bed and single bed) and two bedsofas suitable for 1-2 persons
Balcony with roof and heating for cozy summer nights. Also gas-powered barbecue available.

About our apartment in Spain
We also own a small apartment in southern Spain, in a small place called La Cala de Mijas, located on Costa del Sol. It is about 50 sqm and has one bedroom with a twin-bed and one bed-sofa in the living-room with room for 1 - 2 persons. The apartment is located very close to a shop for food, and 8 minutes walk from the nearest beach or the village with lots of restaurants.
The area where the apartment is located also has a pool. The apartment has air-condition and a small terrace of about 10 sqm where you can eat.
The apartment is about 25 minutes drive by car from Malaga airport but can also be reached with public communications (train to Fuengirola and bus from there).
A friend of ours will meet you once there and give you the keys and show you the apartment. She can also pick you up at the airport but at your cost.
