4-bedroom Flat in Valencia's Historic Centre, Spain

Our flat has a strategic location to both enjoy old Valencia and the River Park for your children, which is 2 ms' walk as you can see in the maps. It is a quiet  street in the middle of a busy downtown where new restaurants, shops and cafés keep opening every day. A new fruit market has just been restored to a modern but traditional building just downstairs. Main buses, trams and trains are really near if you feel like opting out of city life and head for the beach or the mountains.

Stile di vita

Even though our flat is in the sheer centre of the town, the River Park is 2 minutes' walk and is perfect for cycling, jogging or lying in the sun. We have a wonderful beach just 20 ms bus or 10 ms car drive, packed with beautiful places to eat and relax.
Main historic sites like 'La Lonja', (XVIth century old stock market) are also 5 minutes' walk as well as all major historical churches and mueums. The Central Market is just beautiful, modernist and recently restored -we do our shopping there. Valencia is a fantastic place for culture, entertainment, and relax.
It is also very strategic in terms of visiting other major Spanish towns like Barcelona -up north, and Madrid in the centre: you can easily drive or use train to go there. You can even take a boat to the Majorca or Ibiza if you feel like moving around.
