Located within 10 mins walk of Bray Beach, Our house is a comfortable modernised 1930's house with 3 double beds and a delightful mature garden. We have 2 bathrooms one large with power shower on 1st floor and a smaller one with electric shower on the ground floor.
Ground floor consist of Front TV Room with Smart TV and 2 couches.
Open plan kitchen diner with TV and couches Kitchen with dining table to seat 6 with all mod cons. Wi-fi and smart TV.
We also have an outdoor pavilion at the top of the garden which gets the evening sun, for evening drinks or a place to relax and unwind with timber stove which has wonderful views of Mountains.
For al fresco dining we have Gas BBQ and dining table and chairs.
Private off road parking for 2 cars.
Located within 15 mins walk to Dart and 20 mins drive to Luas Park and ride. Dublin City is 40 mins away by Dart.
The Garden of Ireland is on your doorstep with Glendalough, Rathdrum, Roundwood & beautiful beaches of Brittas Bay are within 30 mins drive. Greystones is 20 mins by car or 30 by Dart. Kilruddery House & Gardens are within 20 mins walk and Belmont Demesne is 20 mins by car.

Lifestyle
We like to visit cities during the winter and spring and prefer coastal locations in the summer.
At present we travel as a couple as our children no longer come with us on holidays though that might change as 2 grand children have arrived. We also have cockapoo 5 year old Odi who we try and bring when travelling over 2 weeks mainly to Ireland and France.
