Two storey flat in Berlin City-Centre, Germany

We are a family of five - Claudia (40), Alireza (46), Mila (14), Alma (13) and Lilian (9). We have a little dog (poodle) that we take with us when we travel. We live in a two-storey flat (5 rooms + living-kitchen) in the city of Berlin. Claudia is kind of a physiotherapist and a CANTIENICA®-teacher with her own studio and Alireza is a coach for storytelling and hypnosis.
Our flat is in a typical Berlin old-building with high ceilings and wooden floor. Public transport is three minutes walk away. And we have a very nice park (Park am Gleisdreieck: www.gruen-berlin.de/parks-gaerten/park-am-gleisdreieck/bildergalerien/) near to our home with great playgrounds for children of every age and big green spaces for picnics.
Behind our house is a small private garden with a sandbox.
