Our flat, 90 m2, is 10 minutes from the very center of the city ( cathedral St Stephan) with the underground, and very close to Schönnbrunn. It is very quiet, und sunny. We can offer beds for 4 to 5 persons. The flat has a big terrasse, with table and chairs for eating in summer and chairs for laying in the sun after your seightseiing in the city. Ernst is austrian, I am french, and we have very good experiencies with Intervac ( now and many years ago, as the children were young .

Notre appartement de 90 m2 est très central: il se situe à 10 minutes en métro de la cathédrale , et tout près du château de Schönbrunn. Il est calme et très lumineux et offre un hébergement pour 4 à 5 personnes. Il dispose également d'une grande terrasse, avec table et chaises de jardin, ainsi que de chaises longues, pour vous relaxer après vos pérégrinations dans Vienne.Nous sommes un couple mixte: est autrichien, je suis française. Nous avons déjà fait plusieurs échanges par l'intermédiaire d'Intervac du tps où les enfants étaient jeunes, et de nouveau depuis 2 ans, pour notre + grande satisfaction.

Unsere Wohnung, 90 m2, liegt sehr zentral ( 10 Minuten von Stephansdom mit der U-Bahn) und sehr nah zu Schloss Schönbrunn . Sie ist ruhig (hofseitig) und sehr hell.Sie bittet Platz für 2 bis 4 Personen, maximum 5. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Terrasse , mit Eßtisch und Liegestühle, wo Sie nach ihren Besichtigungen in der Stadt entspannen können.Wir sind ein "gemischtes Paar": Ernst ist österreicher, ich , Bernadette, Bin französin. Ich habe früher, solang dass die Kinker klein waren und jetzt wieder, mehrere Austausche gemacht, und waren sehr zufrieden damit.
