Nice house with view near Ålesund, Norway

Modern house beautifully located in the small village of Eidsvika in Tennfjord, 30 min from the town of Ålesund.

Short walk to the mountains or to the sea.
The house is built in 2013 and is aprx 220 m2 plus garage. House contains ground floor: double garage, large laundry room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, music room (fully soundproof with PA, acoustic and electric drum set, electric guitars..), living room, hall. 1st floor: kitchen, living room, bathroom, master bedroom, extra bedroom , entrance to 35 m2 balcony. Large trampoline in garden.

A couple of minutes walk down to the sea you can find the family boat- house.
