Modern house near Graz

We are living in a quiet area in Graz, about 6 km from the center, there are good possibilities for public traffic.
We have a small garden for relaxing and where the kids can play, and a friendly neighbourhood.
This is a very nice city with about 250.000 inhabitants and many students. There is a good climate and a very nice historical city with southern charme.
Our home is about 15 minutes taxi ride from the airport Graz. 50 km from Graz there is a nice landscape called “Styrian Toscana” with many vine hills.
We live in a 130 sqm house with 4 Bedrooms and a modern open kitchen and dining room and living room. We have a large sunny terrace and a little garden.
