Modern appartment close to Kreuzberg and Neukölln

Between Görlitzer Park and Treptower Park and near the Spree river our well-lit beautiful flat with two bedrooms and a big living room/ kitchen. Our flat is situated in an apartment block which we have co-built in 2014 together with our neighbours. All residents have access to a community sauna and a big garden with a sandbox and swings.
The place is well connected to the public transport system, bus is 1 minute away, S-Bahn takes 10 minutes to walk.

Zwischen Görlitzer Park und Treptower Park und in Spreenähe befindet sich unsere lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer großen Wohnküche. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines vor 3 Jahren fertiggestellten gemeinschaftlichen Bauprojekts. Wir haben bodentiefe Fenster, Holzfußboden mit Fußbodenheizung, eine große Terasse und drumrum einen großer Garten mit viel Platz zum Draußen-Sein, Sandkasten und Schaukeln. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen, eine Minute von uns fahren 3 Buslinien und 10 Minuten zufuß fährt die S-Bahn.
