A modern home in Oughterard, Galway. Would like to do a swap in Cape Cod, Massachusetts or the Boston area at the end of June/beginning of July 2022
A large modern 4 bedroom house in the countryside, 3 miles from the picturesque village of Oughterard which is located on the shores of Lough Corrib and is the gateway to Connemara. Our home is 14 miles from Galway City. European city of culture 2020.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms upstairs, one ensuite (jacuzzi and shower) with an adjacent dressing room. A family bathroom. 2 TVs in 2 bedrooms.
Downstairs: A sittingroom with a fireplace. A large open plan kitchen -dining and sitting area. 2 downstairs tvs. A separate playroom downstairs. Bathroom. Large gardens. A small gym.
