A lovely detached 2 story house on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Midleton, East Cork.
Our house is an attractive, family friendly and well equipped dwelling in the welcoming estate of Rosehill. This would be suitable for all potential visitors wishing to explore this part of Ireland. Any fun loving/ adventurous family or group wishing to use the many facilities available in the house might find it particularly suitable. A surf board and body boards, table tennis table, basketball hoop, goal in adjacent green, piano, guitars, ukuleles, and a variety of musical instruments, may entice those who wish to continue their musical / sporting hobbies whilst on holidays.
This potential house-swap location has the added benefit of having wonderful neighbours. The residents in all adjacent houses are friendly, helpful. and have always shown themselves to be willing to offer any advice or potential play mates for the children of previous house swaps.

We are an active family with a wide variety of interests and pastimes - including :sports (soccer / GAA( our national sport )/ horse-riding / music / the outdoors (our 3 children are members in the local sea scouts group where they partake in kayaking and sailing among other activities).
Any budding musician is welcome to use the many instruments available - piano / guitars / ukuleles.
