The apartment is located in Albir (L’Alfas del Pi), on the beaches of L’Albir and Cap Blanc (Altea). The beach is made of pebbles and is known for its clear, crystalline waters.
The apartment is about 55 square meters, with kitchen, a bathroomm and a bedroom with two beds. There is a living-dining room with a double sofa bed and a glass-enclosed terrace that we use as a living area with another sofa bed. It is in a quiet residential complex with a garden area, a parking space and a pool.

We are Pepe (68), retired and trying to enjoy life as much as possible, my son José Manuel (43) and my daughter Marta (35). The apartment is our second home, a very special place for us, as we have spent a lot of time there as a family.

We absolutely love traveling to different destinations, experiencing new cultures, and making unforgettable memories along the way. We enjoy taking long walks together. Leisure activities like playing board games, watching movies or trying new hobbies together are an important part of our routine. We take great care of our home and are equally respectful and considerate when staying in others' homes, ensuring everything is looked after with attention and respect.
