Duplex con encanto en el casco histórico de Sevilla

Open-plan apartment with 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 6 adults + 3 children. The apartment is on the ground and lower ground floors of a building restored in 2010.

On the ground floor is a bright living area with 4 large double-glazed windows which let the light and air flow.

Furnishings include 2 sofa-beds (double bed + single bed), central table and TV. Dining table with chairs. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is well equipped for self-catering. Appliances include washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Adjacent to the living area, and separated by a partition, is the master bedroom with a double-bed and a large wardrobe. Beside it is a bathroom with bathtub.

Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor, which is also open-plan. There are two bedrooms, both furnished with 2 single beds. Between them is the second, separate, bathroom with hydromassage shower.

The apartment is located right next to Santa Catalina church and "El Rinconcillo", famously the oldest tapas bar in Seville with a history dating from 1670. There is public parking just few steps away from the apartment.
El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.

The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.

Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

About Our Family

Hello from Sevilla, Spain!

Would you be interested in a simultaneous swap with our house in August? We have a duplex in the centre of Sevilla. Our house is located at the very heart of the city.

We are a family of five members but we usually travel with a very close friends from Grenade. My Grenade´s friend have a cozy but modern house in a residential estate close to Grenade, with swimming pool and garden, and 50' by car from the beach and the ski resort.

We are 9 altogether: Mónica & Jesús, Chelo & Antonio, Antonio Jr. 12, Darío & Carmen 10, Cira & Gloria 8. That's why we need a large family house and we offer two houses (if this fits you), one in Grenade and one in Seville, that will enable to well know our beatiful region, Andalusia.

Do you dare? We are willing to enjoy new experiences and meet people and local treasures from other regions.

Very much looking forward hearing from you,

Kind regards,
Chelo
