Nice spacious flat in Dresden close to the forest
Together with our cat we live in a beautiful 155qm flat on the outskirts of Dresden. We have a private garden of 70qm in front of the flat and a big garden of 1000qm which we share with our neighbours. The children are often playing together there.
We have a big open kitchen with dining place in the sunny wintergarden, large living room with piano, 2 bathrooms, 2 children rooms and two balconies. We have 3 bikes for adults and bikes for children in different sizes, a bike trailer for 2 kids (Kindercar) and a bike seat.
We have a great infrastructure for kids: 1000qm of garden with table tennis, sand box, swing, slide and lots of toys and vehicles outside and inside. Please use our baby equipment (highchair, buggy,...).
Bakery, whole-food-shop and different restaurants (Italian, Vietnamese, Indian, Organic Food) are in walking distance.
5 minutes walk from our flat starts the 50 square kilometers forest "Dresdner Heide" with mountainbike routes and a little stream where the children love to play in summer.
2 minutes walk from our flat starts the tram which goes within 14 minutes to the lively part of town "Dresden Neustadt" with lots of restaurants, bars, culture and young people. Within 20 minutes this tram reaches the old city center of Dresden with it´s baroque architecture, museums and art galleries.
5 minutes walk from our flat you reach the railway station from which you can reach the National Parc "Sächsische Schweiz" within 50 minutes. It is one of our favourite walking places.
If we exchange cars, we have a "Ford Tourneo Custom" (8 seats) for you, including different child seats for all ages.
Within 2 hours by car you reach Berlin or Prague (Czech Republik), within 1 hour by car you reach the cities of Leipzig and Görlitz, within 2,5 hours by car you reach Wroclaw (Poland).

AT21090Wir haben mit unseren Kindern die Zeit in Dresden sehr genossen! Die Wohnung von Anja und Bernd ist wunderbar, die Lage am Stadtrand perfekt: die Straßenbahn in die zauberhafte Innenstadt fährt gleich ums Eck und das Naherholungsgebiet "Dresdner Heide" ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Tolle Ausflugsziele sind innerhalb einer Stunde einfach zu erreichen -> insgesamt ergibt das ein Intervac-Erlebnis, welches man sehr weiter empfehlen kann :)

DE1016931Die Wohnung war sehr schön und eigentlich so wie erwartet. Diese sehr gute Lage war mir nicht bewusst. Es ist gleich in einem großen Erholungsgebiet und alle 10 Minuten fährt die Straßenbahn an all den Orten vorbei, die mir in Dresden wichtig sind, Neustadt, Brühlschen Terrassen, Hauptbahnhof.
