House in ROUEN, France

We live near Rouen center. Bed and breakfast is possible , a car is available if you need it.
We live in the capital of Normandy in the city of Rouen, a beautiful town. Our house is located in a pleasant and quiet environment, 7 minutes walk from the metro station and BOULINGRIN bus stop and 20 minutes walk from the city center.
The ground floor consists of a large entrance that leads to a living room, dining room and kitchen with all appliances.
In the backyard there is a small flower garden with a terrace, a nice and rare "plus" in the city;
On the first and second floors there are 3 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
On each level of the house, there is a toilet.

Nous habitons la capitale de la haute Normandie ROUEN rive droite, dans une jolie maison de ville; qui jouit d'un 'environnement idéal,,les demi hauteurs de Rouen,quartier aéré, à 7 minutes à pied de la station de métro et de bus du BOULINGRIN et à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville..
Le rez de chaussée est composé d'une grande entrée qui ouvre sur une pièce à vivre,salle à manger salon et cuisine aménagée, tout confort..
La CUISINE ouvre sur un petit jardin ,fleuri, avec une terrasse,appréciable et rare en ville;
Aux premier et deuxième étages on trouve 3 chambres confortables, une salle de bain et un cabinet de toilette .
A chaque niveau de la maison,il y a un WC.

Nous accueillons volontiers ceux et/ ou celles qui souhaitent un BED AND BREAKFAST en week end ou plus.
