Modern stone cottage within walking distance of Banna Beach in Kerry

Our holiday home is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way on a quiet cul-de-sac, 300m from Banna Beach. Banna Beach is a long blue flag beach situated in Tralee Bay on the Atlantic Ocean. The house is a traditional stone clad cottage which has been totally renovated over the last few years. There are three bedrooms, a sitting room, large kitchen dining room and utility room. One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor next to a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a King sized bed and a single bed, the second bedroom upstairs has a set of single bunks and a four foot bed. The main bathroom is located on this floor. The attached utility room with washing machine and dryer also has a bed couch and separate toilet. Water is heated by solar panels. There is oil fired under-floor and radiator heating as well as a solid fuel stove in the sitting room.
