Beautiful, light/sunny and new apartment in the old town of Amsterdam just behind central station. On the shore of the river IJ. Spacious. Loggia on the  sunny south side. A comfortable fold up bed can be provided for a third person in the study/second bedroom. There is a large sittingroom/kitchen, a special room for cleaning wash, a large bed room with a double bed and a large badroom/shower; look at the pics. On my floor is a large public terrace with a bright river IJ-view. There is a safe and private car parking under the complex. With the two bikes you are in a few minutes with the free ferries across the river IJ. You may explore then the country side of Amsterdam; the former Island Marken, nice places like Broek in Waterland, Durgerdam, Volendam, Monnickendam and Edam. Busses are also on the backside of Central Station. The centre is on walking distance; Damsquare with department store The Bijenkorf and the Royal Palace and the Anne Frank House on the Prinsengracht. By foot or tram you can visit the several interesting museums of Amsterdam. The Rijksmuseum (Rembrandt), Vincent van Gogh, the Stedelijke (modern art), the Hermitage (on the river Amstel), FOAM (pics), het Stadsarchief, Willet-Holthuysen, and the house of the noble family Van Loon on the Keizersgracht. Of course you also can take a train to other interesting cities: Haarlem, Utrecht, Delft, Leiden, Rotterdam, Dordrecht and The Hague. For the beach you can take the regular train to Zandvoort (half an hour). If you come by car, we have a private and safe car parking!
