November, december: Paris, Kaapverdië! Beautifull flat spectacular views from 2 sights center of Amsterdamnext to Central Station Amsterdam, canal area, with sunny terrace. Exchange in Bruxelles because my son lives there now!

I have a silent flat on the 7th floor, with lift, in the canal area, in the center of Amsterdam in an 1997 rewarded building of architect Rudy Uytenhake; next to Central Station Amsterdam; 10 minutes by foot! My flat is light and is a very special spot in Amsterdam center. It's on the 7th floor and 1 bedrooms with twinbed and a sofa bed (1.20 cm) in the sitting room, a very bright livingroom with design and art items, and a bathroom. I also have a sunny terrace on the south side, with a spectacular breathtaking view overlooking the canal zone. Entrance to terrace from living room and bedroom. On the north side you can see the Amsterdam tower and cruiseships passing by.
It's in the central canal area next to Central Station. Hip shops, musea, restaurants and markets are nearby. There's also the Westerpark with special cultural events! Restaurants, cinema, bars, and many terasses In the summer.
All museums, attractions, shops and restaurants are on walkable distance. It's the perfect beginning to explore the hotspots in the city. In the neighbourhood: The EYE filmmuseum Amsterdam tower (you can see from the apartment) is 10 minutes walk/free-ferry away! (www.eye.nl) new beautifull building!
Every interesting spot in the centre is on walkable distance. You don't need a car.
Exploring Holland; CStation next door, trains bring you to Zandvoort by sea in 20 minutes, on the way Haarlem 'a beautiful old town' in 15 minutes. Rotterdam 1 hour, Den Haag 45 minutes, Volendam (bus 30 minutes) etc.

Neighborhood

About the neighborhood

The flat is overlooking town on two sides; the whole center of Amsterdam and has a wonderfull terrace southside. Our street is 5 minutes away from the best shoppingstreet in the center of Amsterdam and the canals. The neighbourhood is the most attractive part of town. Easy to visit museums, restaurants shops etc on walkable distance in the canal-zone and near the hip Jordaan. The Western park is also nearby, in the summer festivals and film, restaurants, bars and terraces. On the north side in the flat, one can see the trains (no noice because off a glass corridor) and cruiseships passing by. On the south side you have a beautiful view at sunsets from the terrace. There 's a big children playground on one site of the flat.
The Zandvoort beach is 20 minutes by train, and 10 minutes walk to the seaside.
