A charming brick house in the center of the very south of Sweden
Our 220 m2 house is surrounded by a big garden, close to spectacular nature with the beech forest being the peak and only 45 min by car to Malmö, Sweden ´ s third largest city. If you fancy going for a trip to Copenhagen, Denmark, you can take the train directly from Höör which is the closest township only 7 km away.
In Höör, with about 12000 inhabitants, you will find all the service you need for a comfortable stay.
Our house is a charming fully equipped 19th century brick house at about 220 m2. We have four bedrooms with the master bedroom on the first floor. On the first floor you will also find a well equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a lovely outdoor room and a spacious living room.
On the second floor we have three more bedrooms, a bathroom and another living room as well.
Surrounding the house are wooden decks, a beautiful garden with lots of flowers and trees and large open spaces for sports and other activities. If you like to go for a bike ride there are lots of small gravel roads and paths right outside as well.
Our home is surrounded by lots of spectacular nature. There are lakes for swimming and fishing close by and the beech forest is right outside. Söderåsen national park with its almost cinematic views is also close at only a fifteen minute drive away.

About the neighborhood
We live in a rural part of Skåne close to several cities and townships. All parts of Skåne are situated within an hour by car wich allows you to visit big cities, small villages, beaches, lakes, forest, national parks and perfect places for biking, fishing or just lazy days.
You can easily visit Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg, Helsingör and Copenhagen. If you don`t fancy a big city you have the option to drive into another little village with cafes and flea markets just a short drive away.
The famous and beautiful Österlen is only an hour by car away and the views on the way there are great.
Nearest Airport: Kastrup, Copenhagen

Très belle maison au calme avec un beau potager et des fleurs magnifiques. Échange très simple et très sympathique avec la famille.
De communicatie verliep vlot en hartelijk. Hun huis is zoals verwacht en net en zeer aangenaam om te verblijven. Het is een goede locatie met veel mogelijkheden.
What a wonderful exhange: very nice contact moments, the house is even nicer than the beautiful pictures, fresh strawberries in the morning from the garden....

About three years ago we got the opportunity to buy Fredrika ´ s fantastic family home in Höör in the center of Skåne and so, after many years abroad, moved back to Sweden again.
Right now our garden and our house take up most of our time but we like to see new places and meet new people whenever we get the chance. When we aren ´ t driving our kids to their activities Fredrika spends most of her time in the garden or with friends in one of the nearby cities.
I, Magnus, like to spend my spare time in my home gym, watching movies or playing video games.
In our kids we have a future sports star in Alve who loves football, a dancer in Elsa and an actor or performer in Doris.
Worth to mention is that Fredrika grew up spending her summers in different countries thanks to Intervac which at that time was close to a phone book full of houses. This is something that we would like to give to our kids as well.
