To rent: Recently refurbished and fully equipped small flat close to Stockholm

The living area is 60 square metres and recently refurbished with:
* an entrance hall,
* a cloakroom, which can be used as a small study,
* a well equipped kitchen with breakfast area,
* a good-size lounge,
* one double bedroom and
* one shower-room with WC
* the balcony is glazed with heating, if necessary
* there is a modern self-contained laundry room in the building. Laundry times are booked in advance.

There are wide views from both the balcony and windows over the water at Lilla Värtan, an inlet from the Baltic Sea. With open windows you may hear weak traffic noise from the E4.

Radarvägen is a quiet residential area with houses from the 1960's Stockholm building boom. The population is mixed, with both families with children as well as pensioners

There is a local library, a well-equipped grocery shop cum post-office and three (modest) restaurants about 5 minutes walk away. The train and bus stations are a few minutes walk away from the house.
