🏡 Our Home: We live in a modest, but spacious 4 room apartment on the ground and first floor of a combined house in one of Amsterdam's most charming and well located neighbourhoods. The house contains of a reception room, a dining room, kitchen and bathroom at the ground floor. At the first floor you will find two large bedrooms and a toilet. The second bedroom has a kitchinette in the ensuite. The floors are connected by a stairwell shared with the upper two floors.

Locationwise the house will offer you a perfect blend of tranquility and city life. Located right next to the famous Vondelpark, and a mere 10-minute stroll away from the world-renowned museums, concert hall and the bustling city centre. In the imidiate vicinity of our house, you will find a broad variety of nice little restaurants, bars and lunchrooms, numerous small high-end shops, as wel as day-to-day convenience stores and supermarkets. The neighbourhood has easy acces from the motorway ( 5min), trainstations (20 min) and Schiphol Airport. (direct bus at 5 min walking distance from the house) . In general there is sufficient (but pricey) parkingspace in the streets around the house. Indoor Parking facility's are a little bit further away, but well connected (5 min) to our house by bus and tram.

🌷 Explore Amsterdam: The highlights of Amsterdam are almost all within half-an-hour walking distance. Public transport (tram/bus directly to town centre, Schiphol Airport or Central station) have stops within 3 min. by foot. Amsterdam and direct surroundings can also easily be explored by bike. Rentals are at walking distance and/or you can use our bikes. The seaside, with its famous sandy beach, is 30 minutes by train or car. The Netherlands have a great railway network. Almost all of the Dutch city's are reachable within 1,5 hours by train.
Immerse yourself in the vibrant culture, picturesque canals, and the historical charm of the city. From our doorstep, you can easily wander through the enchanting streets or visit the iconic museums that make Amsterdam truly exceptional.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Gathering: This year, we are excited to bring along our children, each in their early 30s. Hence, we are on the lookout for a spacious home with 3 bedrooms to ensure everyone has their own comfortable space.
