House in Stallhofen, Styria

Our house is located about 25 km from Graz, the capital of Styria. Graz is the second largest city of Austria und it was Europe`s cultural capital in 2003.
We live in a small nice village not far away from the Alps, the cities of Vienna, Salzburg, Budapest and Venice und you can also reach the Slovenian, Croatian and Italian sea within a few hours.
In the village there are a supermarket, a bakery, a drugstore and a bank in walking distance.
Our home is a 180 sqm house with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also a dining room and a cosy living room with TV and dvd. Downstairs there is also a playing room for children.
Outside in the garden there are a swimming pool, a trampoline, a little football field and our sun side terrace.
