Flat on the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon, US with a view of Mount Hood and Mount St Helens

Our home is a flat on the 27th floor of an apartment tower built in 2008. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps four. We are located on the Willamette River, 1 km south of downtown Portland.  A streetcar line runs by our building, with light rail and bus lines accessible by the streetcar, or less than a 10 minute walk.

We are open to simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchanges of one to two weeks, with or without car exchanges. A car is not needed unless you travel outside the city, in which case you can rent a car nearby rather than at the airport and save on airport fees. There are walking paths along the river, just a few meters from our home.

Oregon is a great place - for its ocean beaches, mountains, and forests, as well as the wineries and microbreweries around the state.  For information about Portland and the surrounding region, see
