Our house in Harkstede, a small village nearby the city of Groningen (capital of the North, 6 miles). You can reach Amsterdam by train or car within 2 hours. The house is well equipped (computer, flatscreen, surround set) and we have a big garden (500m2) with several terrasses. On the ground floor you will find our living (70 m2), the first floor is the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and bathroom (new 2023). The second floor (attic) is the playing area for children. There's an UV sauna as well. Harkstede is situated at the country side and has got a supermarket, pizzeria and snackbar.
Nearly 50% of the Harkstede population is working or studiing in Groningen, the nearby big city with a lot of sightseeing-, cultural- and shopping highlights. There is a small lake just 100 m from our house where you can take a quick swim. There is also a lake with a beach (and waterskiing) 2 kilometres from our house.
