Our beach house is very welcoming and luminous in the green.
Surrounded by a big garden with hedge plants, flowers, but also a lot of pine trees. Bordering to the house you can take advantage of a pine forest reserved from where you can see the sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, La Gorgona, Capraia The immersed in a sea really crystal clear.

La nostra casa al mare è molto accogliente e luminosa immersa nel verde.
E' circondata da un ampio giardino con piante da siepe, fiori, ma anche moltissimi pini marini. Confinante alla casa è possibile usufruire di una pineta riservata dalla quale si vede il mare con le sue isole dell'arcipelago Toscano , La Gorgona, La Capraia immerse in un mare davvero cristallino.
Livorno punto di partenza per le isole dista solo 20 minuti di treno ben servito!
La sua posizione permette in poco più di un'ora di raggiungere in treno o in auto le più belle città d'arte della Toscana, Firenze, Pisa, Siena.
La sera è bellissimo cenare nella pineta dopo una giornata di mare o una giornata passata e visitare qualche posto meraviglioso della bella Toscana.
Da non dimenticare la possibilità di fare un salto nel Chianti per bere un buon bicchiere di vino nero ! Essendo per noi la casa di vacanza è possibile fare scambio anche non simultaneo.
L'appartamento è al piano terra composto da cucina-soggiorno, 2 camere, 2 bagni, posto auto, è munito di tutte le comodità, forno, microonde , lavatrice.
