Terraced house located 800 metres from Barcelona, three minutes from the Mеtrо, 20 minutes on foot from FC Barcelona’s stadium, 30 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from Plaça de Catalunya, the Cathedral, the Gothic Quarter, etc. The terraced house can accommodate 5–6 people. The house has three floors: the upper floor has the study, with a bed; the second floor has 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom with balcony; the first floor includes a bedroom, the living room, the kitchen, a full bathroom, a patio and a balcony.

Beautiful views and perfect sun orientation. The garage area measures 60 square metres. In total the terrace house measures 188 square meters. We offer the use of our car (Ford Kuga or a Hyundai). Our terraced house is located on a pedestrian street, opposite a large public park. Within 4–5 minutes there is the most important public swimming pool in l’Hospitalet, an outdoor Olympic pool.

You can combine your stay with one week or more, if you wish, at our second residence. This new residence measures 200 meters plus the garden. The best feature of this residence is its location, known as L’Empordà, a very beautiful region. Girona and Figueres (Dalí Museum) are 20–25 minutes away. The most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava are 15–30 minutes away. Medieval villages are 15–35 minutes away. The house includes a swimming pool, barbecue area, a porch, etc. The total number of possible excursions in the area is enormous.

The second residence can also accommodate 5–6 people. The house has two levels, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Another bathroom, the living room, the kitchen, one bathroom more, the porch, a terrace and the garden are in the first floor. The second residence includes a garage and car exchange.
