A nice house in a small village just by the Loire
Our 140m² house has been renovated in order to higlight its old stones.
The ground floor is fully opened, with a southern exposure and large bay-windows. The wide living-room contains a fireplace that we use to heat the house during winter, a library, a video corner with a video-projector, a piano, a game of darts and a table football. The access to the kitchen aera is opened too. We have a sofa-bed that can be use occasionally.
You will find a laundry room separated from the living-room, including separate toilets, a washing-machine, a dryer and a freezer.
Upstairs, there is a parental bedroom with a private wardrobe and a private bathroom (shower and toilet), close to an office.
There are also two bedrooms dedicated to children, a private bathroom (with a bath) and separate toilet. In Charlie’s bedroom there is a simple bed that could be transformed in a double bed. In Tya’s room we can put a second single bed.
Our cat and our dog live inside the house, they are very kind and a good company.
You can settle on the terrace thanks to our garden salon while the children are playing in the garden.
In the garage, two adult bikes, two child bike and a dandy horse for younger child will allow you to enjoy great rides along the Loire.

There are numerous rides to have, very close to the village, such as the boire Sainte Catherine (200m), wich has fitted roads for bikes, walkers, fishermen, children. You will enjoy its picnic areas and playgrounds.
The city of Ancenis is very close : shops (fashion, furnitures, local products), theater, movie theaters, swimming-pools (inside and outside pools), nautical base...
You will be able to enjoy the Val de Loire wineyard : Anjou, Muscadet, Malvoisie, Layon, Quart de Chaume... and discover our countryside, ponds and forests around.
3 beautiful cities can be reached with a 45 minutes road travel: Nantes, cité des ducs de Bretagne (great cultural activity : https://www.levoyageanantes.fr/en/), Angers (castle), and Clisson with its famous Hellfest festival.
After a 1h30 travel, you will reach the Atlantic Coast beaches : Saint Brévin, Pornic, Saint Nazaire, La Baule...
2 hours of driving will let you into Rennes, the Vendée beaches, la Tourraine and its troglodytes, Saumur (Le Cadre Noir). The Nantes-Paris motorway is at 10minutes from our house, so that you can have a direct access towards Bretagne (3h from Brest) and Paris (3h30).

One family, all the world to discover
We are a family of four : Renan, Malvina, and our two daughters Tya and Charlie. Our life is filled with our jobs, friends, activities and house.
Renan works as a road sign installer. He likes playing badminton, motorbikes, music (he was playing the bagpipes), meeting people from all walk of lives.
Malvina is a specialised teacher, working with hospitalized children. She likes music (She was playing alto violin), reading, discovering things, dancing and riding motorbikes.
Tya is a very curious 14 years-old girl. She likes learning, reading, music (she plays harp and piano), watching movies, Harry Potter.
Charlie is 11 years-old and is also very curious. She likes paying alone with lego or with her sister, discover the lives of historical figures, doing mathematics, eating chocolate, dancing, creating, reading and listening to music.
