Spacious seaside apartment in Tuscany well served for simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchange

Our house by the sea, located in Follonica (GR), is really nice and functional either for a relaxing holiday on the beach or as a base camp for visiting Tuscany.
There’s a train station in the centre of Follonica and the city is 150 km far from Pisa Airport.
The city of Follonica is 30 km far from Piombino’s harbour, where is possible to take a ferry to the famous islands of Elba, Pianosa, Sardegna, Crosica and 20 km far from Massa Marittima, an ancient medieval jewel, with her astonishing cathedral, the spectacular “Torre del Candeliere” (Candlestick Tower) and a really interesting Mining Museum.
It’s Possible to visit the Etruscan Coast, particularly the archaelogical park of Baratti and Populonia, and the Museum of Vetulonia.
You can do wine tasting in the near wineries of Rocca di Frassinello and Le Mortelle.
The cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa are also not far and reachable by public transportation.
Fot those who wants to enjoy the sea you have both beach resorts and free beaches, the sea is really calm and its level is low, so very suitable for children.
There’s a huge water park in Follonica called Acqua Village with 8 water-slides, a big pool with waterfalls and jacuzzi and a pool for children.
Since it’s a summer home, it’s possible for us to do the home exchange even not simultaneously.
The apartment is on the first floor of a 6 apartments building and it’s made up by:
Kitchen, Living room with sofa bed (double bed), 2 bedrooms, bathroom, small terrace and parking space.
It is equipped by all comforts: electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning.
