Manchester is a Town of about 5000 persons. The entire town is residential. Our home is less than a mile from the town center. The town includes an excellent and picturesque harbor as well as a beautiful beach. Town services include train to Boston (about a 45 minute ride). It is about a 2.5 hours drive to beautiful Mountains in New Hampshire.
Our home has very convenient access to the highway system.

About Our Family
Eileen and I are retired and enjoy travelling. We have had prior house swaps in Ireland and southern France, both of which were very positive experiences. Because we are retired we can be relatively flexible on travel times.
We have two daughters and four grand children, not part of this swap: One daughter lives about 10 minutes from our home and can be available to answer any questions if they arise..
Our first language is English. We can also communicate in French if spoken somewhat slowly.
Our prior house swaps have included a car, and we are definitely advocates of including a car in the swap. Our vehicle is a Jeep Grand Cherokee suitable for transporting 5 persons. This vehicle includes a resident sticker that is needed for convenient parking at Manchester's "Singing Beach"
