Lovely Sydney inner city terrace house
We have a terrace house in a quiet street in the inner-west of Sydney. (Two of the four bedrooms are now used as studies, and are not available as bedrooms.) It has a modern kitchen, air-con and a small courtyard. It is close to parks, lively King Street, Newtown and the city, and has good access to public transport.
The house comes with two lovely cats who are easy to care for. They need to be fed daily. This would be the responsibility of the house sitter, but arrangements can be made if they (the humans) were absent for a couple of days travelling.

About the neighborhood
Camperdown is a small community wedged between Newtown and Glebe. It used to be more industrial, but has been largely gentrified in the last 50 years. It still contains the University of Sydney, and the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Our street is a few hundred metres from Parramatta Road, one of Sydney’s main arterial roads, but it is nevertheless very quiet. We are close to two parks, and many cafes! We are close to public transport and can get to anywhere in the city and beyond. The neighbours are great; very friendly or quiet or both.

Empty nesters looking for travel and new experiences. Open to ideas.
I am a recently retired teacher and (not retired) musician, and my wife Anna is a writer, teacher and student. We have two children living overseas, and changing circumstances will now allow for more travel. Sadly, we are leaving behind our two cats. They are very easy to care for.
Our house is centrally located, close to the city, Sydney Harbour and lively Newtown. There are very good public transport links nearby.
The house is a 2/3 storey terrace in a quiet street. Visitors and houseminders find it a warm and welcoming space. The kitchen is well-appointed, and there is excellent wi-fi. There is a small front garden and rear courtyard requiring minimal maintenance, and a sizeable collection of indoor plants that need fortnightly attention.
