Well presented 4 bed detached with great access to local amenities as well as the countryside

Our home has 4 bedrooms, with a master en-suite. We are located on a fairly private plot, which is last on a private driveway with 3 other houses. We have a front and a back garden with ample parking for several vehicles, including a stoned area for a camper van should you have one.
The rear garden is fully secure with large hand made wooden gates, with a hot tub and a garage which has been converted to extra space with bi-folding doors should you need the space.
Internally, the kitchen/diner is modern with plenty of space for families and we have hosted many Christmas dinners here too.
The living room is of a similar size with a modern media wall and fireplace making it feel cosy and homely.

About the neighborhood

We live in an estate which is only 5 years old so has 2 parks for children and a country lane that you can walk 10 minutes into the small town centre where you will find restaurants and eateries of all types, public houses and a bistro. There are several shops and other amenities available too. Walk the other direction and within minutes you can find yourself walking the fields of North Yorkshire which has several popular walking treks.
We are all situated 5 minute walk from the train station where you can get a train direct to the historic city of York in 15 minutes or change at Church Fenton to get to Leeds within 20 minutes.
