Peaceful Alpine Retreat with Stunning Lake Views
Our home is a spacious and light-filled mountain house overlooking the beautiful Lac de Serre-Ponçon in the southern French Alps. It comfortably sleeps six, with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area designed for relaxing together. A mezzanine level provides an additional entertainment space, and there are extra sleeping options for larger groups.
The house enjoys a quiet, rural setting with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Perfect for families and friends that enjoy watersports and hiking in the summer, and winter sports in the winter season.

We are located in a peaceful, unspoilt mountain area where nature is right on your doorstep. You can walk or hike directly from the house, and the lake below offers swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing in the warmer months. In winter, several ski resorts are within easy reach.
The area is known for its relaxed pace of life, beautiful scenery, and charming nearby villages with local markets and cafés. A car is recommended, as the setting is rural—but that’s exactly what makes it so special.

A Family Who Loves Mountains, Lakes & Good Company
We are a close family who love an active, outdoor lifestyle and are always happiest when we’re exploring nature together. Hiking in the mountains, watersports on the lake, and skiing in the winter are all things we genuinely enjoy and build our time around.
We split our lives between the UK and France, and when we are in the UK we are based in the beautiful Cotswolds—an area we love for its rolling countryside, walking routes, and charming villages. It’s also where we enjoy spending time with friends, sharing meals, and making the most of good company.
Food is a big part of our life, whether cooking at home or discovering great local restaurants, and we’re a very sociable family who enjoy relaxed evenings, long dinners, and conversation with friends.
