Quiet nice flat in the heart of Paris with balcony

It will be a pleasure to welcome you in our flat in the heart of Paris near the Opéra Garnier, and the Printemps / Galerie Lafayettes. There is 3 bedroom (a large bed in each bedroom), 2 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen, and a balcony.

We are a family of 4 persons : François (45), Valerie (45), Héléna (15) and Gabrielle (11). We also have a cat, Martin, very independent. He only needs some croquettes and to have hugs (and clean its litter box twice a week).
