Centraly located in Brussels, our apartment was build in the year of 1953. It is located at the ground floor of a building of only 7 apartments. We fully renovated it few years ago. The apartment is very lightened and surprinsigly calm although its urban location. We have a nice back terrace decorated in asian style with furniture and a another little one close to the kitchen. We mainly have 2 very big spaces : one is the large living room including the kitchen and terrace, the other is a big bed room including a desk office and the back terrace. In between we have a night hall and a nice bathroom. Apartment is fully furnished with dish machine, wash machine and air conditionning.

Close neighborhood offers nice parcs, shops and supermakets. A new shopping mall is only 10' walk with shops, movie theatre and restaurants. The very centre of the city is accessible by walk in 30' or public transport. The tramway stops right in front of the door ! From there you can reach any place in the city. There is a train station less than 15' by walk as well. You can visit any other Belgian cities from there, : Brugge (50'), Antwerp (35') and sea side like Oostende (an hour and a half) in the north or the green Ardennes like Liège, Arlon or Bastogne in less than 2 hours.

We start to exchange home with Intervac 40 years ago with a long pause of several years to raise our daughter which is severelly disabled. We made more than 20 exchanges, some in spectaculars destination like New York, San Franciso or Key West in Florida. Most of them were years ago and are therefore not recorderd in any database but we keep extraordinay memory of exhanges in Amsterdam (7), Montreal (2) Sweden, France (2) Autria (2) London, USA (3) and in Belgium as well (3). We always enjoyed it very much, it brought us wonderful experience. Be welcome !
