Dear Intervac friends. Welcome to our home!
A two-story house, 8 rooms in 250 sq.m, surrounded by a nice garden. There is also a 30 sq.m. separate "two room apartment" within the house. Both inside and outside has continously ongoing new projects, latest is a Green House and the separate apartment and before that a terrace pool area.

Upstairs - A master bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room. There is also a newly rebuilt "guest apartment" with two rooms, separate kitchen and bathroom and with an own entrance.
Downstairs - living room combined with a gym, 2 bedrooms, office room, a shower/sauna area and a laundry room.
There are also a number of bathrooms and toilets.
Outside there is a big porch under roof, a nice garden devided in several outdoor "rooms" including a private terrace pool area and a Green House.

There are several grochery stores and shopping places. A 15 minute walk or 5 min bus ride takes you to Vällingby with lots of shopping stores, restaurants and cinemas.
200 meters from the house there is a public bath with heated swimming pools. There are also several beaches on biking distance or minutes away by car.

You reach downtown Stockholm by local train or subway in 30 minutes. Car is also easy to use, 20 minutes to downtown.

A fully electric car Kia EV6 and several bikes are available to take you around neighbourhood or further away in the countryside. Lots of places around in Sweden beside Stockholm are worth a visit.
