Flat with beautiful terrace near Lucerne, Switzerland
We live in a bright and cosy four-room apartment. We have a living-room with integrated kitchen and three bedrooms. Our "fifth" room is a huge balcony, where we have our meals in summer and also enjoy some time with a good book and a glass of wine.
The apartment is located in a house with a total of six apartments. Our neighbours are very kind and friendly people.
Our house lies in close proximity to the famous city of Lucerne. It only takes 10 minutes to reach the city centre by public transportation. Conveniently, the bus stop is just around the corner.

Wir leben in einer hellen und gemütlichen Vierzimmerwohnung. Neben einem Wohnbereich mit offener Küche gibt es drei Schlafzimmer. Unser «fünftes» Zimmer ist der riesige Balkon, wo wir im Sommer gerne essen, oder auch mal ein gutes Buch oder ein Glas Wein geniessen.
Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Hauses mit insgesamt sechs Wohnungen. Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und nett.
Das Haus liegt in nächster Nähe zur berühmten Stadt Luzern. Mit dem Bus ist das Stadtzentrum in nur 10 Minuten erreicht. Und praktischerweise ist die Busstation nur ein Katzensprung vom Haus entfernt.

We live in Ebikon, a suburb of Lucerne. The lake Rotsee is only 10 walking minutes away from our flat. There, you’ll also find a small and pleasant open-air bath which is very suitable for families.

From Lucerne, many Swiss Cities (Zurich, Bern, Basel, Geneva) are easily accessible by train. It is also in close proximity to the mountains, where you can go hiking in a breath-taking environment.

A great experience! Daniela and Charles are very nice, active people, fast responding and reliable. We received a lot information before our exchange and stayed in contact during the whole time which we spent in their comfortable and spacious flat. We appreciated the location as well, very calm place, with friendly neighbours and green surrounding. And our flat was perfect tidy when we came back.

We welcomed our correspondents to our home, before leaving, immediately hit it off and discussed the village and the house for a very pleasant moment. The commitments defined in the contract were kept and we immediately felt very comfortable in the house that we already knew from the announcement. Our stay was very pleasant, problem-free, and will leave us with only good memories.

We’re Charles and Daniela, a married couple. Charles, once a social worker and photographer, is already retired. Daniela works as a teacher at a primary school. We have two grown-up children, both of them already moved out.
In our free time, we like to be outdoors or visit interesting exhibitions. Charles is passionately playing the guitar, while Daniela likes to make small trips on her mountain bike.

Wir sind ein Ehepaar und heissen Charles und Daniela. Charles, ehemals Sozialarbeiter und Fotograf, ist bereits im Ruhestand. Daniela arbeitet als Primarlehrerin. Wir haben zwei erwachsene Kinder, die schon seit Längerem ausgezogen sind.
Unsere Freizeit verbringen wir gerne im Freien, oder beim Besuch spannender Ausstellungen. Charles ist passionierter Gitarrist und Daniela unternimmt kleine Touren auf ihrem Mountainbike.
