Contemporary house in Bordeaux (France)

Hi !
We are a young couple with three children (a 9 year old girl, 6 year old boy and a 3 year old boy). Living in Bordeaux since 2011, we love travelling and discovering new countries and cities (both of us work in the field of town planning).
We renovated and moved into our new house in 2015. It is a home very pleasant to live to the everyday life! It is situated in a residential area quite close to downtown (10 minutes by bus or bike). In the neighbourhood you can find some services and convenience stores (post office, bakery, supermarket). There's also a typical market every fridays (10 minutes walk) and a great park with animals and playgrounds (10 minutes walk).
Our house is 110 sqm - an open living room with a fireplace - 3 bedrooms - a small and quiet sunny garden with barbecue (80 sqm) - a patio and terrace.
We have a cat called Yumi, she’s very friendly and love children.
