The 3 room apartment is located in Znürich Wiedikon. Very good connections with public transport. Many nice playgrounds nearby and in the backyard. Quiet, friendly, charming and cultural district with great starting points and versatile shopping in stylish neighborhood shops. Tram and bus station in all directions are within 3 minutes walking distance. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator. And it is a monument-protected historical architecture of the "New Building" by Kellermüller & Hofmann, Swiss architects, the 1920s and 1930s, that attracted international attention in residential construction, prototype construction and construction. The apartment has a large balcony with view of the Kindergarten, which was realized by the same architect duo. Features high speed wireless internet and free internet access. It is not very large, but very comfortable and suitable for 2 adults and 1-2 children as well as for single person or couple. We have no TV, but many great cinemas around the corner!

Ruhiges, freundliches, charmantes und kulturelles Quartier mit tollen Ausgangsmöglichkeiten und vielseitigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in schmucken Quartiergeschäfte. Tram und Busstation in allen Richtungen sind in ca. 3 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist im 3.Stock ohne Lift. Und ist eine denkmalgeschützte historischer Baukunst des "Neuen Bauens" von Kellermüller & Hofmann, Schweizer Architekten, der 1920er und 30er Jahre, dass im Wohnungsbau, Musterbau auf Bauausstellungen und im Siedlungsbau international Beachtung fand. Die Wohnung hat einen grossen Balkon mit Sicht auf den Kindergarten, welches vom gleichen Architektenduo realisiert wurde. Verfügt über schnellen WLAN und freiem Internetzugang. Sie ist nicht sehr gross, dafür sehr gemütlich und für 2 Erwachsene und 1-2 Kinder gut geeignet sowie für Einzelperson oder Paar. Wir haben keine TV, dafür viele tolle Kinos um die Ecke!
