Flat in SITGES - BARCELONA, Spain
Our home is located in Sitges, a well known small town by the sea, just 30 km south from Barcelona. It is a 3 bedroom flat located right in front of the beach in a very quiet area. The center of Sitges is very animated, with lots of shops, restaurants and cultural activities going on. Comunication with Barcelona is very easy by train -only 5 minutes from home. You can also drive to Barcelona. Parking is easy as we have our own private parking space.If you come with kids, they will enjoy the huge private garden with a swimming pool (only neighbours may use it). We have been exchanging homes for several years now. We both work in Barcelona.

A selection of beaches on your doorstep and lots of options for eating out
Very good options of activities for children within 20 minutes drive and the amazing Barcelona 30 minutes drive.
Our own house was immaculate on our return and we had a great first experience of a house swap and would recommend this family and their lovely apartment without hesitation
