Our home,a 240 sq m modern vila, is located 200 meters from the beach in the immediate vicinity of the Falsterbo Canal in a quiet residential area with a spacious garden 1500 sq mtr.
From Ljunghusen you have the city of Malmö at 25 kms distance (30 minutes by car) and Copenhagen, Denmark, at 35 kms using the Öresund bridge (35 minutes).

Welcome to Ljunghusen located in the south-west corner of Sweden, close to Malmo and Copenhagen.
Ljunghusen lies in the municipality of Vellinge, a part of the Skåne region.
Our coordinates for a GPS or Google Earth are N 55.23.51.81 E 12.56.24.23.
Ljunghusen has a history as a summer resort (as well as the towns Falsterbo and Skanör, close-by). Today many summer houses have been replaced by permanent houses.
In the vicinity you will find wonderful beaches for bathing, swimming, sailing, wind- and kite-surfing; renowned golf courses, closeness to the Falsterbo Horseshow; bird watching locales etc

Vellinge municipality is situated in the southwest corner of Sweden, just a few kilometres to the south of the Öresund Bridge. The famous historical twin-towns of Skanör and Falsterbo and the recently developed, attractive coastal communities of Höllviken-Ljunghusen are also located within Vellinge.
Vellinge is an ideal destination offering a wide variety of activities for all ages and interests. On a warm sunny day, you may choose to play golf, go horseback riding, take a bicycle tour or relax on the white sandy beaches and enjoy the natural beauty of the area
The Oresund bridge is 15 minutes by car from our home. You can be in the Copenhagen city center in just over 35 minutes by car.

Famille très accueillante. Nous l'avons rencontrée à notre arrivée, Göran étant venu nous chercher à la gare d'arrivée en Suède. Maison superbe, exactement comme décrite dans l'annonce.

We are 2 retired persons enjoying life with travels and more. We have 2 children that no longer live at home. Our children and their partners may come and visit during exchanges.
We prefer not to do exchanges during summer (june, july, august)
