The house has about 250 square meters of living space on two levels, the garden with garden house, barbecue facilities, vegetable patches, fruit trees and berry bushes and many opportunities to relax comprises another 2,500 square meters. From here you can get to beautiful Salzburg, Hallstatt or one of the wonderfully crystal-clear lakes in the Salzkammergut in about an hour's drive. Imperial Vienna can be easily reached in 2 hours by car or even more relaxed in 2 hours by train from the nearby train station.
