Small downstairs flat with garden in a detached house in a beautiful south German Spa town.
Snug as a bug in a rug
My home consists of a small downstairs flat in a detached house. The flat upstairs is rented and occupied.
The living room and kitchen look onto a large garden with a pavilion und terrace.
The garden is, bee and butterfly friendly - so a little bit the on wild side .
In the living room is a sofa bed and a wood burning stove-only for use only in the winter!!
There is a very small bathroom with a shower and sink. Adjacent to this is the toilet with its own space.
In the bedroom is a french bed( 140cm x200cm).
All the rooms are decked with wooden floors and rugs.

Bad Waldse really has a lot to offer and is definitely a friendly german town for young and old.
On market days- Tuesdays and Saturdays gives you the impression that you could be at a farmer`s market in France or Italy -especially when the sun is shining!!
This is really a great place to go cycling and hiking, with lots of cycle routes and footpaths.
There is also a very renowned golf course ,a climbing park, and the swimming baths adjecent to the lake-or take a relaxing soak in the thermal bath.
Follow the path around the lake along the (Uferweg) and find restaurants with patio seating, boat rentals, coffee shops .
Take any “Gasse” or alley from Uferweg towards the Old Town district and you can admire all of the Baroque architecture including St. Peters Cathedral, the Rathaus (town hall) or go an visit the very impressive moated château.
The public transport is excellent ,with connections to Münnich, Ulm and Stuttgart.
