Cosy Appartment with balcony and two bedrooms in Rovaniemi Lapland
Small but comfy familyhome with two bedrooms, sauna and balcony in third floor (with elevator). Very peaceful environment. You do not need car to be here, but we have a car for swap if you like to move around in Lapland.
Rovaniemi is the biggest city in Lapland full of things to do and places to explore.
Home has full sized kitchen with all you need, bathrooms, shower, sauna, two TV:s, Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Everything you need to make yourself comfy. City center is about 1km away, there you can walk or go by bike. Trainstation is very close, just 500 meters, from there you have busses going straight to airport and back.

What we can lend to you:
We have three different sizes of Mountain Bike, but you can rent a bike too.
We have two sliding snow shoes to explore snowy nature or hills
We have two SUP-boards to explore Ounasjoki shores.
We have car for you, if you wanna explore places further.
We like to swap almost anytime but not November, December or January, sorry. That is impossible because of our work and tourist seasong here in Rovaniemi.

Sobre a vizinhança
Rovaniemi is Santa Claus and the capital of Finnish Lapland. We have lots of winter and summer activities. Ounasvaara to ski, Ounasjoki to swim and SUP, climbing both in and out, hiking in forest and in hills, restaurants, amusementspark for kids, mountainbiking (we have mountainbikes), shopping, reindeers, huskies and all that. You will love it here. Still the city is safe and peaceful, people are friendly and englishspeaking (tourism is very important here).
From our flat you can walk to city center or go by bike almost everywhere. With mountainbike its nice even in the winter with the snow. We have snow untill end of april and after spring the midnight sun shines all day. In the autumn nature has spectacular colors of red, yellow and orange.

We are family of four living in Rovaniemi. Jonna, Marko and Jonnas two sons Salomon 15 and Iisak 13. We love to travel and
I, Jonna, work as a manager in development in middle sized media corporation. I can work anywhere and like to also travel alone so even small apartments can suit us.
We have also a cat. Our friendly cat Jouko will not travel but will stay to the house if you can give him food and water and let him in or out if he wants to. Jouko survive perfectly few days on his own too, if you do longer trips. If you dont want to take care of the cat, its not a problem. Cat can also stay elsewhere.
