Our one-bedroom flat is located in the most fanstastic neighborhood of Paris next to St Germain des Prés, the Lutetia hotel and the famous department store Le Bon Marché. It's a very chic and safe neighborhood.
It's a typical Parisian flat with wooden floors, high ceilings and you can enjoy a balcony, which is rare in Paris!
You can walk to many sights or take the many metro and bus lines just next to the flat.
Many shops and restaurants are in the street.
You enjoy the quiet flat as it is top floor (no elevator as it is a historic monument building, so be prepared for the 80 steps, which are easy to climb)
It can host up to 4 people with a master bedroom (king bed) and 2 single beds in the living room.
There are all amenities, full kitchen (gas stove, microwave/oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer)
No animals accepted.
Notre appartement de 2 pièces est très clair, au dernier étage et possède un balcon sur lequel on peut déjeuner. La chambre a un lit de 160cm et le salon 2 lits de 90cm. Il peut recevoir jusqu'à 4 personnes. On peut tout faire à pied avec beaucoup de lignes de bus et métro juste à côté qui vont dans tous les quartiers de Paris.
Situé dans un immeuble historique et classé (il y a un couvent derrière) il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Il faut monter 80 marches mais ce n'est pas très difficile.
