Our house was built around 1900 and renovated in 2002. The garden, 120m2, is south-facing with a lot of privacy.
The house is about 210m2 and has 3 levels.
1st floor: kitchen, dining room, reading room, garden
Mezzanine: Ruben's bedroom, small bathroom
2nd floor: living room, music room
3th floor: main bedroom with balcony, main bathroom, spare room
It's located close to the heart of the city (10' by tramway and bike), facing a beautiful park with a playground and at 1 km there is a swimming pond, a natural swimming pool.

We are a small family of 3 musicians: Saïda 47 years, violonist, Niels 47 years pianist and our son Ruben 17 years with a big passion for music, plays the violin and piano.
